Jean-Pierre A. Laporte
Chief Executive Officer
Jean-Pierre founded INTEGRIS Pension Management with the intent of providing better solutions for investors looking to minimize taxes while protecting their assets. He worked over the past decade as a pension lawyer for a number of prestigious firms in Toronto such as Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Bennett Jones LLP and Fasken Martineau LLP. He has dedicated himself to improving pension legislation and is often called as an expert witness on pension matters before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance. He has written a number of seminal articles on pension reform, most notably, on expanding the Canada Pension Plan. He was educated at the University of Toronto, Osgoode Hall Law School and the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.
In recognition of his various contributions to the development of new forms of retirement savings plans, Jean-Pierre was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in October 2012.
Chief Operating Officer
In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer, Luis oversees the smooth functioning of the various inter-related systems that support the mission of INTEGRIS: human resources, physical plant, records and communications. Luis has developed ISO standards for transportation companies and managed payroll and human resources companies in a career spanning over 30 years.
Chief Information Officer
Richard has overall responsibility for the technology assets of INTEGRIS, including ensuring data integrity and security.
Technology is Richard's passion. He is a strong advocate for the responsible use of technology to enhance business and personal life. He also has a deep understanding of how people interact with technology and the implications for solution design. With over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing technology solutions, this mindset has helped him acquire a reputation for reliability, strong collaboration and results.
Richard's IT consulting experience spans the financial services sector, retail, not-for-profits and the provincial government. He has developed technology solutions to meet the needs of clients in diverse functions such as risk management, enterprise reporting, human resources and association member management. His clients include some of Canada's largest commercial banks, provincial government agencies and various charitable organizations.
Richard Khan also founded NewSolve Corporation - a technology solutions firm whose clients are some of North America's most respected corporations, associations and charities.

Personally recruited by the Chair of the Institute of Corporate Directors at the Rotman School of Business, Mr. Scudamore was part of a select group of Corporate Directors from across Canada chosen to be the 30 founding members of the ICD Rotman School of Business inaugural class.
